Event Description

Presenter: Nicole Kliewer, Princeton Politics PhD Candidate

Conjoint experiments are a tool to disentangle the relative importance of numerous causal factors. They have been increasingly popular in political science as a way to study a range of topics such as candidate evaluations and immigration preferences. This skill session will introduce students and researchers to conjoints, including their background and usage in social sciences, implementation on survey software like Qualtrics, and a brief discussion of types of data analyses. The goal is to provide students with the basic tools for designing, implementing, and analyzing data from conjoint experiments.

Food and refreshments will be provided.
